CRIOTS BATARD MONTRACHET GRAND CRU

Grass is sown between the vines and as from the month of July the leaves overlapping the grapes are removed to let the sun get at them. The grapes are harvested MANUALLY and the sorting of the grapes is done in the vines in a very strict way.

The fermentation is traditionally done using controlled temperatures. After a cold decanting, it is aged in new oak barrels made with wood cut from the “Tronçais” Forest.
