The GRAVIERES wines are produced from one of the most famous Santenay “climat” It is a particularly well exposed Coteau, with quite a stony soil.
GRAPE VARIETY : Exclusively about 35 year old PINOT NOIR vines.
SURFACE AREA : 1.10 Hectares.

5800 bottles per year.
TERROIR : Fairly stony clay-limestone soil
Great colour with a slight vanilla and roast
coffee bean aroma. It is a wine where one can
sense a ripe grape flavour, noble
tannins and a fine long and spicy
palate.
This SANTENAY GRAVIERES wine is ideal served with game or with a Coq au Vin.
